We started JJ because the industry needed a staffing and management partner that actually understood the floor. Today we serve venues across Australia — from boutique restaurants to national hotel groups.
Our story
Founded in Sydney by a small team of restaurateurs and hotel operators, JJ Hospitality Services was born from a simple frustration: agency staff that didn't know the difference between a Bordeaux and a Burgundy, and management teams that didn't know the floor.
We built JJ around the people we'd want working in our own venues — trained, vetted, and led by hospitality professionals. Today we operate across NSW, VIC and QLD, supporting hundreds of venues with both casual shifts and full operational leadership.
